College Station Utilities business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. When requesting your connect date, weekends are not available.
Please allow 24 hours advanced notice to accommodate your request.
College Station Utilities cannot guarantee that your services will be connected on your requested date.
Utility Customer Service General Information
Homeowners are exempt from the initial deposit. After two late payments in twelve months, a deposit of 1 1/2 times the estimated annual average bill will be billed in one installment. If you are billed a deposit, you may enroll in auto pay to have the depsosit waived. If you would like to enroll in auto pay, you will need to go to epay.cstx.gov and click on ‘Pay CSU Bill’. You will need your utility account number. If you enrolled in e-notification, the email you received should contain your utility account number. Should an auto pay transaction be returned, the deposit will bill in one installment.
Deposit amounts will be evaluated periodically to ensure adequate deposits are collected for each utility account. If an additional deposit is required, it will bill in one installment.
If your utility account is disconnected for non-pay, the deposit amount will be evaluated to ensure an adequate deposit is on the account. If an additional deposit needs to be collected, we will collect the additional deposit before services are restored.
You must agree to these terms in order to continue your connection request.
Tenants will be billed a deposit of 1 1/2 times the estimated annual average bill on the first months bill in one statement. You are exempt from the intitial deposit by enrolling in auto pay. Should an auto pay transaction be returned, the deposit will bill in one installment.
