Disconnect Utility Service - Residential

***Only account holders or their authorized representatives may request a disconnect of utility services.***

College Station Utilities business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. When requesting your connect date, weekends are not available.

Please allow 24 hours advanced notice to accomodate your request.

College Station Utilities cannot guarantee that your services will be disconnected on your requested date, but we make every attempt to complete the disconnection within 48 hours of that date.

Security Deposits If you have a security deposit on file, it will be applied to your final bill. If your final bill shows a credit balance, a check will be issued from our accounting office and will be mailed within 3 to 4 weeks of your disconnect date.
